Rohini enterprise a unit franchise of Wooden street furniture pvt ltd - Received damaged and defective product

Hello sir ,
I buy wooden product like sofa set and dining table set and double bed and coffee table and dressing table from Rohini enterprise a unit franchise of wooden street. But I received all product damaged and rotten all the wooden item having termites and when I complaint them and told them that I am having such a issue in product and told them my product are in warranty so please replace my product they are not listening from * month I am trying to contact them they are simple sending a carpenter but he is also doing nothing so it's my humble request to you please look into the matter and help me out.
