I am writing to you regarding a counterfeit product sold to me by "Appario Retail Private Ltd" via Amazon India.
I am attaching pictures of the product with defects proving that it is counterfeit compared to a genuine one. I have visited the brand's service center and they have also confirmed the same.
Unfortunately, the seller is refusing to take returns or to replacement of the product. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me with same.
