Kurtagrace in - Received Completely Wrong Product from Kurtagrace

I ordered a kurta from the Kurtagrace website, and a woman from their team even called me three days before delivery to confirm the order. However, when the package arrived, it contained a completely different and wrong item, which I did not order.

This was very disappointing and distressing because I had already spent money I could barely spare. I reached out to their team but have not received any proper response or help in resolving this issue.
