Order for gowns was placed on **rd March from https://ethanicguru.com/ order number *****. Received cheap sarees instead of gowns on **th March. I tried contacting helpline for replacement or refund but no response from them. It is very disturbing having lost money and received an unacceptable product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
