Hello Sir/Madam,
Based on the good reviews from Xparts.in portal (may be fake), I was placed an online order (Order No. *****) for Dell Latitude **** LCD screen on XParts.in - dated *th February **** worth Rs ****/- .
Online Portal:

and the product is dispatched by -

On ** Feb ****, evening at *.**PM the shipment delivered to me against by Xpressbees courier services.
When opened the shipment, the LCD screen found broken and also the ink spots have occurred at many places.
There are surely two possibilities -
*. Either xparts.in (TECHYUGA) sent broken LCD screen OR
*. The packaging used for fragile LCD screen was weak corrugated box instead of strong box (usually recommended for shipping LCD screens) wrapped in bubble paper ( I have all evidences of the packages used)
Then from **th Feb ****, I have been communicating with xparts.in, first they assured to send replacement, then the damaged part returned from me as soon as it received by them, they started asking me to send disassembly video (this is now a days new trick from the seller). I also requested them to provide the "Assembly Video" to demonstrate that not damaged product has been send and proper recommended packaging instructions referred to sustain during transit.
I requested them to refund the amount ant then they replied on mail like - "Do understand we give ZERO attention to your threats, we only did what we should do as a company or a service provider; and would do the same for any other customer facing any issue with our services"
The order was placed on *th Feb **** and since then this is really making harassment for me. Unfortunately, still the issue not resolved.
Request you to make a justice for me.
I have details discussion evidences with me by email and Whatsapp communication.
I am attaching the some snaps of the damaged products received for your reference.
I have complete hope that, I will get a justice from you, the amount is not huge but intention is that - seller should not do such deals with anyone else in future.
