Workspace interio - received bad quality chair

Once it is delivered I found that the chair is uncomfortable to sit on, you even cannot push it back, it is fixed, also from the images it was looking like steel metals used at the base and sides but it turned out to be a fiber painted in steel color. I raised a return request on the same day within few hours. I got a call the next day from Pepperfry saying that they cannot take back the product because as per them the chair has passed their quality test. Also, the chair remains tilted towards the left side once you sit on it. I have spent **k on this chair and now suffering.
