femoraofficial - received a stone on the behave of product

we ordered two watches from an Instagram page named femoraofficial_ through their website. However, instead of the watches, we received a stone and a cheap-quality bracelet in the name of the product.

The contact number mentioned on their website is not reachable, as incoming calls are blocked. There is also no return or refund policy mentioned on their website.

The order was delivered through Blue Dart, which is a very well-known and reputed courier company, due to which we trusted the delivery. However, the seller has committed fraud and cheating by sending the wrong product and misleading us.

We request strict action against the seller and a refund of our money.
