Bunaai - Received a product which does not fit me

On **th May **** I have received the Bunai product(suit). After opening packet I came to know that the size is small then I have contacted to the customer care but they told me that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.
Also on the dupatta there are black patches of ink.
No value for money, complete wastage.
