Daffnie Sequeira filed complaint against Boat on Oct 5, 2022
Its almost * months now since i made a purchase for airdopes "*** ANC" from boat website. Unfortunately their product has not performed well. I have received a product which isn't functional. When i first learnt about the issue i contacted the customer service team at boat and was told that i can put a request to replace the product.
After several attempts the replacement was done. Upon receiving the product, to my surprise the replacement buds were not functional either.
I rang the customer service team once again, they asked me to send an email to the relevant department. I've been sending ends number of emails reaching out to their social media platform exhausting all the options all my efforts are gone in vain
Its been * months to this. I had made a purchase on **th August. The defective product was picked up on **st August and till date I haven't received my order.
This whole experience has been appalling beyond measure. I'm dissatisfied with the service and the way i have been treated. It's killing my sanity, time and energy.
I have already attempted to resolve this issue by following the hierarchy. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. When the defective product was picked for the second time i received a message that the refund will be initiated which was on **st August,till date i haven't received the refund. Their social media platform when approached they have been sharing different information. On twitter I've been told the money will be refunded and on Facebook I've been told the replacement product will be shipped in * to * biz days.
This whole experience has been nerve wrecking and has made me loose my sanity driving me insance this is harrasment. If i have been told the
money will be refunded why is it not done yet. I don't need any penalty charges just give me my money back that's all and i want to close this mess.
