I received a fake product that does not work. It is meant for the removal of blackheads and whiteheads. The product does not say where it is manufactured neither does it indicate the name of the manufacturer. I would like an immediate refund of the amount that I paid which is Rs. *,***. The order number was *****SC delivered on **.**.** by Blue Dart AWB # ***********. I have the opinion that since the product does not even work. I have been defrauded and I should receive a complete refund of the amount paid of Rs. *,***.
