ARVIND INTERNET LIMITED - RECEIVED A FAKE PRODUCT

Dear team,

I hope someone in this communication will support me to sort out the issue I am facing with NNNOW for the amount refund for the fake product received.

I have ordered a Navy blue suit through NNNOW app and My Order ID is O*e**e*. Against which I have received a fake product through Xbees courier (AWB no : **************).

The moment I received the product, immediately I raised a complaint about this through mail.

I have been following with your team since **th Jan **** (Monday) for reverse pick up and refund but they are simply rejecting and asking for time and not arranging the reverse pick up or refund.

They have asked the photos of the product received by me. I have sent all the photos along with a packing cover with Shipping label in which NNNOW logo is available but your team is not accepting for reverse pick up.

I would like to know the answer for the questions below which your team is not replying for more than * days.

*. I am asking for the packing photo and video proof taken by your team at the time of dispatch. If you have Genuine photos / videos, what is the issue in sharing the same to me?
*. In the video shared by me, it is clearly shown that the measurement of packing cover is ** cms. How is it possible to pack a product like suit in such a small packaging cover?
*. In Shipping label, the order ID, dispatch details and NNNOW logo are available and I haven't cut it from the packing cover, even then they are not ready to reverse my amount.

I think your team intentionally did this activity. After taking money from customers and sending fake products..

I Even told your team to send your representative to my home to witness the packing cover, if required.

I am attaching the videos and photos which I shared to your concern team in this mail. Also, I am attaching the mail communications I had with your customer care executives for your reference.

Pl. Look into this matter seriously and arrange to return my money immediately.

I have read the reviews about your service on the consumer forum and mothushut website and understood that it is the regular habit of your team to send fake product and not returning the money to customer (refer the link given below)
