Craze N Demand - Received a duplicate product which is different from the model showcased in website

I have ordered a saree through craze n demand site. The product which i received from them is not matching with the product showcased in the website.The design/color of the saree is different from the image in website. I tried to reach them through the number provided in their website but the number is not in service and also there is no option to return the product through their website.
