Highhub in - Received a defective product

Got cheated by this guy named Bhagyash Mehta and his sister Ruchika Mehta by delivering a defective watch which costs ₹****. Before the payment he said he will provide the invoice and warranty card with his seal. But found nothing in that courier. Right after unboxing it, i was shocked to see the watch which never worth ₹***. And right at that moment i send him all the pictures of the watch with defects and in return got no response from him. While tried to call him regarding this incident he blocked my number. Tired Calling his sister Ruchika Mehta, she gave a lame excuse that he will resolve it in a while since he is busy something very important. He is looting people's money and thinks that he escapes without evidence.
