Zepto - Received a Damaged product

I placed an order on Zepto on * July ****, which included a Slovic Shaker. When I filled the shaker with water for the very first time, I discovered that it was leaking, clearly indicating that the product is defective.

I immediately raised a complaint through the Zepto app and requested a replacement/refund. However, Zepto refused to provide any resolution. I also specifically requested a callback from a customer support representative so that I could explain the issue, but even this request was denied.

This is highly disappointing and amounts to extremely poor customer service. Selling a defective product and then refusing to investigate the complaint or provide any meaningful customer support is unfair to consumers. By refusing to resolve the issue despite being informed that the product was defective upon first use, Zepto has failed in its responsibility towards its customers.
