Samsung India - Received a damaged product

I have purchased a **" qled tv from samsung on **th of june **** and have raised a complient about the product received which is a damaged one. Forwarded csr copy, image details and everything to samsung before ** days from the today's date. Still now I haven't got any resolution. I got call from Escalation team and they keep on informing me to wait for sometime. As a customer, should we have to wait for a few month or years to get this resolved?
In the documention it clearly mentioned that the reverse pickup should be done with * days but samsung is not maintaing any ETA. I have escalated multiple times by dropping email to CEO as well but there is no resolution.
