portio bedsheet from home center shopped from AJIO app - received a damaged product and the return was never picked up

The worst shopping app I've ever used......I placed an order with Ajio and received a ripped/damaged product, so I Placed a return request on April **th, ****. and the pick up date was on May *nd, ****, but no one picked up the product, so I called AJIO customer service on the *th and *th of May, and the AJIO team raised a complaint on the *th of May, and on the same day, my return request was cancelled not sure how, and then i raised a return again and now it shows the pick up date on **th may **** not sure will they pick it or not . the worst and the worst AJIO
