Scrollstreet - Received a damaged piece

I've ordered a USB Rechargeable Portable Juicer from Stroll street through Instagram for *** Rs. I received a damaged piece (the juicer didn't have charging port and also the blade of juicer isn't sharp enough). So I sent them a mail for return request the same day it was delivered (i.e. **/**/****). After * days (**/**/****) I got a reply from them saying as per their policy they refund/return products within the * days post the delivery and I was late to inform my issues. I mailed them back on **/**/**** politely saying that I informed them on the same day of delivery which I didn't get a reply for, I waited till **/**/**** evening and this I again mailed them with screenshots of the delivery date. They reverted me back on the same day asking me to send pictures or a video of the damaged product and order number (I don't know why they asked me when I already sent them). I immediately replied to them by sending the pictures again with an order number. It's been * days now I didn't get any response from them. I checked on them yesterday (**/**/****) but no response. Today I mailed them again saying I'm gonna file a complaint on their website if it's like this still no response.
