Dear sir/ madam
I order a car from anassouq website which is ( anassouq latest remote model car) and get totally different and very small car and i also call to customer care and asked that if i would get wrong product so can i return this then he said yes you can return this easily and i want to return my product he said that i courier the order to his/her address and courier price will also paid by me. I want to return my order but i can't able to return this and in anassouq return policy clearly write that free and easy return. So pls take a correct action against this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
