KFC restaurant - receipt not issued

I have observed multiple times that the staff don't give us receipts after making the payment. Is this to evade taxes and dupe the government?
I have been to this KFC outlet at Hill road, bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India least * times in the last one year and they do this repeatedly. Only a small coupon or token is given to take the order. No detailed receipt or breakup is provided even after asking for it as I did today.
This is a serious legal offence. Please look into this and take action at the earliest and let me know the outcome.
