Mahadev enterprises - Receipt not given and not accepting flaws in the product

My phone screen of OnePlus *T got a crack a few days back so I went to this neighbourhood shop who suggested getting a screen replacement. He offered me three types: local for *k, medium quality for *.*k and original OnePlus quality for *k. I asked him to fit the original one. After giving me the phone, the shopkeeper tore the receipt. I asked then he replied that this is for saving taxes. I didn't argue much because he said you have Google pay as a receipt. Now, after just * days the screen got another crack just by hitting on a wooden desk. It was a minor hit. Before the hit also the phone's screen and touch got flaws and was not working ideally. So I went to him again. Now he has refused to acknowledge this and is saying that there will be no receipt and I cannot give you one. Also, for the situation, he is unwilling to take any responsibility. There is no guarantee now that the quality of the product was good and there is no receipt also. He took away my *k and replies in a very rude manner that do whatever you want. What should I do?
