I have ordered Realme XT mobile phone on **.*.**** through Firstkarts.com. I have made payment via Phone Pay of Rs ***** which was transferred to Nitesh Kumar Singh. As the website has https security certificate and I have confirmed on the toll free no *********** of Firstkarts that the payment is going to Nitesh Kumar Singh the representative assured me about safety and guaranteed me *** percent delivery within * days. But neither the product deivered nor the toll free number is reachable.
The Firstkarts website is still showing my order. I want the product earliest or they should refund me the amount of Rs *****.
