Firstkarts con - Realme XT from Firstkarts com

I have ordered one Realme XT from Firstkarts .com and the product is not delivered yet and the customer care is not responding .
I got to know that it is fake site afterwards , therefore filing a request.
I raised complaint in IDFC BANK and from their customer Care I got below Bank details to which amount is transferred

Bank is of Jamesdhpur
Please help in me in getting my refund
