Realme 2 Pro - Realme service center has replaced my Realme Phone

i was using realme *pro and on *th oct suddenly it got switch off, and I have tried few troubleshooting but its not got switch on.
so I have decided to visit realme service center at janakpuri.
they took my phone and went inside after few mins he came outside & start opening my phone to show me that there is water inside.
first of all I always keep my phone with my so there is zero chances of water. then i said what is the next step they asked me for ***** aprox.
i denied and ask my phone back they again took my phone inside than I asked him to give me back open handset still he took my phone inside.
and came back again after few mins when I check there was temped glass on my phone & the phone they give my without that glass.
and when i check serial number and manufactured date that is also different.
and i have been chasing realme support center but still did not get any solution. i took that phone on emi and they cheated with me.
