Realme watch s - Realme Not Providing Warranty Service

Dear Team,
Kindly address my issue as Realme AGRA Service centre is not cooperating for my concern regarding my Realme Watch.
Issue- My Realme watch display is showing lines and under * year warranty. When I went to the service centre they refused to provide service for the same stating that this issue is not covered under warranty.
Service Centre executives assume that the watch is Liquid damaged without checking it and after seeing cosmetic condition they assumed like that, my watch is not damaged due to water and display is showing lines sudden,
My watch has a * Year Limited warranty then why did they refuse to provide service ?
Assistance- Here i need your assistance to provide me warranty service for my Realme watch asap.

Realme watch s – Package lost Open
I am a seller at meesho my package was marked lost and they said they will give me claim for that but after ** days they have deactivated my account and are saying you will not get your package and refund for that
