Realme India - realme mobile not received but delivery message came

I have booked Realme mobile c* in realme website, but i have not received my mobile yet but delivery message came to mobile and email as received and there is no courier update like who has delivered, delivery boy number nothing. its a prepaid order and i am so worried about that. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
