Realme buds - Realme Package not delivered

I've ordered realme budsair in realme store which is to be delivered on Thursday (**december) and the delivery boy called me up and said that it couldn't be delivered today and I will deliver it tomorrow(**december) and put on the status that i had refused to take the package,instead i didn't. And today (the present day) on my delivery status it is showing that it is returned to RTO. I had also called him several times but he didn't picked my call.
I am using two Devices of realme and this type of harassment never happened before.
I want the package to be delivered or my Rs*** coupon so that I can order a new one on **rd December.
