Jupiter Infrastructure (BANGALORE) Private Limited - Real estate fraud

We had given a token amount of Rs * Lakh ** thousand paid to M/S Valji Gokuldas and Sons IDBI account under booking of * BHK flat for Project Jupiter Infrastructure ( B) Pvt Ltd in the year ****. We were suppose to receive the possession of the flat by **** . In **** the scam under this whole project came into light and apparently the people involved were arrested. However we were never refunded our money inspite of several efforts. We were ecen given a cheque of the maount issued under Valji Gokuldas & Sons. But as anticipated it got bounced and we never heard from them. This is my effort to get my hard earned money back.
