I have raised a grievance with National consumer helpline (NCH)regarding my mobile, handset issue of Lyf jio mobile .My grievance has been disposed off and closed .I have requested for the refund because I have been facing handset application and device issue from the date of purchase in January .I have been going to service centre but satisfactory service has not been given and made me to wait for *-* hours.
My issues has been given services but not the complete resolution.
I request for the refund because I am been getting problems in usage of the device as well as services.
