Attached is the latest bill for the above consumer number and it has been billed at average since May **** because a new meter was installed.
The meter reading taker did not upload the photo of the reading as he is not taking the reading for past * months.
The current reading of the meter is the reading for * months attached is the picture of the meter reading taken on **/**/****. Also attached is the current bill.
Please start taking the reading of the new meter and adjust the money that was paid for the units billed at average, if new reading is taken.
