Batuta bhama - Re shipment not received

Ajay hear, I have placed the order **th Jan **** with order ID *******-*******-*******, by paying ***/-Rs, and delivered the order on **th Jan and due quality issue and damage in product I have raised the return and refund request but I don’t know the exact reason for failing return (we have given return product to delivery person with bill and unused condition along price tag everything) then contacted customer support for help then they assured me like within ** hours your re-shipment will be happen and you again raise the rent request for same but it’s not happened and I have called you up many times but you people dragged the dates that’s all.

And yesterday one of the senior customer support executive had a word with me and told me **th Jan is a deadline for update on your concern I said ok let me see but today also same story I expect from you that I have to wait till **hours to get update.

What nonsense, it’s really horrible service by Myntra do you think customer is fool.

NOTE: Once you promise the timeline, apologies can accepted but not twice or thrice . And it’s nothing but cheating to the valued customer. When ever call to seeking for help there is no proper response from you and directly disconnecting my calls while speaking.

After all hearing your stories i decided to go for the legal action and lodging the cheating case against Myntra for giving irresponsible response and giving false commitment after receiving the payment from customer

Kindly refund the paid amount immediately or else I’m dam sure you will face the perils.
