I mohan lal toor S/o Chander bhan Toor #****/**/** st. no. *c new amar nagar ludhiana had purchase a tvs jupiter scooter from mankoo autos daba lohara road, near jain da theka , ludhiana in rs.*****/-+ rc expenses+ insurance exp. on **.*.**. i have contacted the owner several times for my rc but he plainly denies and when i try to track as he has not submitted my documents in the authority. hence, please help me out as i am unduely being harrashed by mankoo autos (+** *****-*****) thanking you. mohan toor ********** mohantoor@gmail.com
