Simran Suzuki kalyan - RC book not received pending from 10 months

We have purchased Two wheeler Access *** Grey colour from Simran Suzuki (Motors) Kalyan
Address: Shop No: * & *, Regency Avenue, Kalyan-Murbad Rd, Syndicate, Kalyan, Maharashtra ******
Authorized dealer . on **th April'**** .
After which we have been continuously following up with Simran Suzuki for R.C book of our vehicle.
On checking on status of our RC on https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/ the status shows as pending from Simran Suzuki. When we follow up they give us multiple irregular reasons and have yet not given us any specific reason of we not receiving the RC book after ** months of purchase . How can we drive the vehicle without RC book .Kindly help us to get this issue resolved. I suspect this company is fraud and is not treating its customer fairly
