Dear Sir/Madam,
It is to inform you that my credit card account has been auto debited with Rs.*****/-. Without my consent. I had talked with the executive regarding the R-shield but I had no agreement for auto debit from my account without my knowledge. There was no intimation prior to the above transaction.no message was received regarding the auto debit. So kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem by canceling the plan and refund the amount to my credit card.
