MULUKURI LALITH KUMAR filed complaint against RBL Bank on Dec 31, 2019
I have transferred the RBL credit card amount of ***** from SBI Credit Card using Balance Transfer to RBL Credit Card.
SBI Credit Card Team provided a cheque to send the balance to RBL Credit Card.
Since* Month, I am sending the Cheque and SBI CREDIT CARD Bank STATEMENT to RBL through Email.
Every time getting same response, "Unable to trace your payment".
RBL Customer Care support team also not responding properly, just telling that as it is a backend issue, we can't solve this issue.
Really facing this issue from * Month onwards. and there are not responding properly.
