RBL bank credit card - RBL Bank agent harass abuse torture

I took the moratorium facility from RBL bank for credit card but still I made payment thrice in lockdown due to their continuous call & pressure. I missed to pay the Aug due & told the bank that I will pay Aug & Sep due together. But some agents called me & abused very badly over the phone. They told very bad words about my daughter & my wife also. I told them to go legal if they have can't give me time to pay but they are even not agree on this and abusing very badly. I have recording in my phone. I asked them to wait till **-Sep but they are torturing me & they also paid some bribe to Jiocare Store & pulled my call history. Now from that call history, they are threatening my known person that they will take them in legal if I do not make payment. I am very much frustrated & being mentally sick. Kindly help me.
