Dear sir/mam
I am Jagadeesan m.
I have been requesting many times for my credit card cancellation but they are not cancelled that. They are simply telling we have raised the request with in * working days your card will be closed but card is not cancelled and regarding the payment, team is abusing the customers.
And, after one month later
I received statement on last month i which i saw a deduction of Rs. *** for Rshield insurance premium but i had never opted or asked about this premium the how the bank on thier own can activate the insurance without the confirmation of the customer. This is a one type of fraud activity done by the bank. It should be reported to RBI that without prior information their is unauthorized transaction done by the bank. I should get my refund as i am not all interested in the insurance and please cancel the insurance.
