JSW Motors - Rash driving of brand new car and misbehaving

I am Monika Vashisht, the owner of an MG Windsor car purchased just two months ago from the MG Motor showroom in Ajmer, Rajasthan. I am filing this complaint due to extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior shown by MG Motor, particularly regarding the mishandling of my brand-new vehicle and the failure to provide formal documentation after an inspection.
Soon after the purchase, I raised a concern about the car being harshly driven during transit or delivery, as the system recorded ** harsh brakings and overspeeding incidents. In response, MG Motors assured me that they would conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and if any damage was found, it would be repaired free of cost. Based on these assurances, I withdrew my initial complaint in good faith.
However, after this, the service team—particularly the Service Head, Mr. Manthan—refused to provide any written confirmation or report regarding the inspection or condition of the car. Instead, I was offered a few photographs of the vehicle and expected to evaluate its condition myself, despite not having any technical expertise. When I requested a signed and stamped written report, my request was outright refused without any justification.
This is a complete breach of trust and a betrayal of the verbal assurances given to me earlier. As a customer, I have every right to receive formal documentation about the condition of my newly purchased vehicle, especially after such a serious issue was reported.
Relief Sought:
A formal, signed, and stamped written report clearly stating the condition of my car after a proper inspection by MG Motor.
A clear explanation for why their service representative misled me into withdrawing my original complaint and is now refusing to honor the assurances made.
A formal written apology from MG Motor for the mishandling of the issue and for the unprofessional behavior shown by their staff.
Compensation, if any damages are found or if further delay continues in providing the formal report.
