Rangers Club Private Limited - Rangers Club has Failed to provide Services

We have purchased a membership of Rangers Club (Rangers Club Vacation Ownership ID: ****** ) of rupees ***** on */*/**** .
At the time of purchase of the membership the sales persons Mr. Sumit Rajput and Mr. Ashwini Tyagi has offered me a sign in offer of *Nights/*Days accommodation along with * Return Air Tickets Domestic - valid for * year.
For avail the same sign in offer on **/*/**** we have requested (via email) the Rangers club team to make the booking but Rangers club team denied our request stating that we don’t provide any bookings to The Evolve back resort . After getting such reply, we got in complete shock and we contacted Sales Person Mr. Sumit Rajput and Mr. Ashwini Tyagi to clarify. Both the sales person accepted on call (I have call recordings ) that they have offered me the Evolve back resort but now at present company is not offering the said property and requested us to compensate it with other options. We get agreed with them but the real play of Rangers club started here , they were not intend to help us or solve our issues instead Rangers club employees tried all their best to give us mental torcher , but as our money was stuck with the Rangers Club we applied positive approach and did lots of follow-ups with the Rangers club ( Via Email / Phone) .

After many follow-ups (via email/ phone calls) and a physical meeting with Mr. Abhay Kyumar Singh on **/*/**** at Rangers Club office at Noida , finally rangers club forced us to accept the offer of refund of Rs. ***** (within * month) and *Nights in Club Mahindra property (Ooty) & * Nights in Sterling (Ooty) Property on prior notice of **-** Days against offer of * Return Air Tickets & *nights accommodation Domestic.
Just keep our mental peace we have accepted the offer and requested Rangers club team to make booking against the offer as Date of Stay:
*Nights in Club Mahindra property (Ooty) – Check-in **th October **** and Check-Out **th October **** and * Nights in Sterling (Ooty)- Check-in **th October **** and Check-Out **st October ****

But unfortunately Rangers club was not interested to giving us booking and they denied our booking request. It gave us a very big mental trauma.
After this all, We are getting mentally and emotionally ill and Rangers club and employees are trying their best to make us mentally ill . Please help us getting our money back with the highest penalty to Rangers club to giving us mental torcher and trauma.
