I have done a transaction in grofers while paying i choosed Mobikwik. but that automatically selected zip account without my notice. later when i open mobikwik app there was charge of Rs ** activation fee for activation of zip account which was not communicated while selecting the payment mode.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
