I've raised a claim request on the last day of my extended warranty.
Somehow, it got rejected, and it's not by me. I tried contacting one plus support related to the same query a couple of times.
I'm struggling to get a claim for my device & this is not the best user experience for me.
I bought the one plus because they're known for their good customer service. But in my case, it's just not working.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
