Railyatri In - RailYatri Demand for Refund

I've booked for my travel to Madurai from Bangalore, Travel date is ** Aug ****, *:** AM thru Railyatri. I and my wife alongwith two kids had reached the boarding location (Hebbal) before * hr and waited for bus in the mid night of ** Aug *:** AM but bus was not arrived by mentioned time and not able to talk operator to track the bus and even I didn't get the driver number or bus tracking details thru sms and no communication from bus operators too. I had tried the contact number which is mentioned in the m-ticket but no one ready to pick up the call. I also waited additional * hr till *.** AM and bus not arrived and I've returned to my home without traveling.

I double checked the operator site and RailYatri. There were some issues with traveling date. As per railyatri site, Bus departure date was ** Aug **** *:** AM.
But actual departure date as per operator site it was ** Aug **** *:** AM.

The next day, I spoke to operator (kallada travels) regarding this issue. They said they accepted this issue from their end and ready to release the refund for this issue. And I got the cancellation mail and credit note email for the same.

But I am keep following RailYatri to release the refund but yet to receive refund.
