I have paid Rs.**** for getting irctc rail booking and other utility bills agency from MOS UTILITY PVT LTD company on **/**/**** and i was promised that i will be receiving a dongle for rail booking agent and till now i have Not received any certificate or dongle from the company and iam very disappointed.i need either the product or the refund
