Hi,
I had spoke to Rahul Car Rental customer care number and booked a car from Bishrampur to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) via on Sept **, ****. I have done the full payment (Rs. ****.**/-) in advance via net banking. Post this payment they cancelled my booking due to non livability of vehicle on the area. When I inquired the same with them they told me the amount will be credit to original payment source automatically within *-** working days, but still I did not get my amount back.
I have shared the transaction id through witch the payment was made, but I am not getting the proper response on it.
