FROM ** JUNE TILL NOW I NEARLY RAISED *** TICKETS REGARDING CLAIM OR PARCEL NOT RECEIVED.
OUT OF WHICH IN ** TICKET MY CLAIM WAS REJECTED DUE TO IMAGE MISMATCHED THOUGH I PROVIDED FULL UNPACKING VIDEO.
IN OTHER ** TICKET I MENTION REGARDING ** RTO PARCEL THAT IS NOT RECEIVED BY ME DUE TO OTHER SELLER PARCEL PACKAGE IN THAT TICKET ALSO NO SOLUTION GIVEN AND IN SMOE TICKET ORDERS ARE SHOW THAT DELIVER TO US BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED I ASKED FOR MANUAL POD BUT TILL NOW NO POD GIVEN FOR THAT ORDER ID
DUE TO THAT MORE THAN ***** RS LOSS BURDEN ON ME.
I ATTACHED ALL DATA IN EXCEL SHEET, PLS SEE ALL TICKET.
KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO IN CASE WHEN CLAIM WAS REJECTED IN IMAGE MISMATCH AND WHAT WE SHOULD DO IF WRONG RTO IS RECEIVED?????
THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM. PLS DO NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
