Zee 5 - RADHE RENTAL PACKAGE NOT WORKING

Team,
this is to inform you that i already have a subscription of zee* premium.
but was not able to play radhe movie.
so i thought of getting rental of RS *** which i did but in * minutes it showed expired so i again got another rental of RS*** but it also expired right away.
please advise the best solution to this.
i also got the screenshots and transaction ids
