https kalyanisaree com - Racket of Fake ECommerce Companies

I uncovered a racket of fraudulent companies that start a new domain, sell fake goods, then shut down the website and make a new one. Here is the list of websites still active right now:

The package I got was delivered from Surat, though they claim to be a Mumbai business [*].
Based on more searching, I found that the address[*] given in some of the fake websites is also linked to phone number **********, which is linked to an actual business in surat[*]. I think that this business sells its bad / unsold products via this platform to make money. Please help me figure out where to report and how to stop this scam.
