Retina institute of Bengal Siliguri - Racial discrimination with patient attendant

This is to inform you that on **/**/** my mother Pushplata kumari is undergoing GLaucoma valve operation in Retina institute of Bengal Siliguri, I Niraj kumar have come as a attendant and was sitting in clinic sitting space along with other attendant but I was alone asked to move out of Clinic by Mr swaroop Kumar (staff of clinic) because of citing less sitting space whereas there was many space available throughout the day and no other attendant was asked for leaving. I left the clinic and was sitting in nearby clinic along with other attendant. Again Mr Swaroop Kumar came and asked me to go out and did not say anything to other attendant. I have come from katihar (Bihar) and this place is new for me and that too it's corona time. This is a racial discrimination. If rules are made it has to be made for everyone and not to target people who come from outside. This type of Hospitality is below the level of Service sector and I demand for proper action. I have been humiliated on racial ground just because I am not Bengali or Nepali..
