Okinawa - R thirty scooty not working

I purchase a R** okinawa brand scooty from India Okinawa showroom which is at Madhyamgram, west bengal on **.**.**. The bill is attached herewith.
It started giving problems from the very next day.
The scooty wont accelerate. Battery issue is also there. But today on **.**.** it is accelerating on its own without me accelerating it. Then i disconnected the battery. Somehow i got it home. It is stopping in the middle of the road and its not even a week old. I want my refund or please change it otherwise I will have to knock the doors of consumer court.
I think there must be a manufacturing defect.
