QNET Vihaan India Pvt Ltd - QVI Vacay Adventurer Basic Misselling

I purchased the QVI Vacay Adventurer package for ₹*.* lakh through a QNET IR. It was clearly a fraud both from his side and the company's side as well.

The company offers a *-day refund policy but hides critical terms and conditions. I purchased the package a while ago, but only recently discovered that the so-called "free **-night stay" is valid only at a few of their own resorts, which are located in just *–* countries.

They are actively selling this product in India without disclosing that they do not have a single resort in India. When I contacted their support team, they claimed that the information is mentioned in the welcome letter or in the terms and conditions. I thoroughly checked all the documents I received — the only reference is to "QVI Home Resorts," but no list of these resorts is included in the welcome letter or attached terms and conditions.

To find out which resorts are included, you have to go to their website and navigate to a separate page, where you’ll discover they have only five resorts in just three countries. To avail of the stay, you must travel to those countries.
Moreover, the prices they charge for bookings are much higher than what is available for the same hotels on trusted hotel booking websites.
