Tutopia - Quit the subscription of online learning course Tutopia

My son registered the online learning course on **/**/**** Tutopia & actually the apps learning started from one week later.At the starting I think it will be helpful but after * week of learning we are decided to quit the group because what they have promised but reality not upto mark.Then I called the mentor of Tutopia but he assured that they will solve the problem but no improvement was done & they take * week and at last I make a complain to Tutopia to quit the subscription on **/**/****, but the Tutopia said that cannot stop the service because I complain after one month & this is company policy,but the Tutopia apps take * week to start and the company mentor take * week ,i want to complain with in one month but the Tutopia mentor intentionally stop me & now they show this point this is very illigal.I want to quit the subscription and refund my money which I paid & stop Bajaj finance EMI.
